Autograph Letter Signed to Mr Brackie? a merchant in Selkirk, 1 page ca 5 x 7 inches, laid down with the address-panel (small hole), Altrive Lake, 23 March 1835. Returning some bonnets found unsatisfactory and ordering alternatives.
'... send me a common Kilmarnock bonnet for James with a red rim the size next to a full grown man's. Send me also some white cotton the coarsest and cheapest that you have. ...'
