Autograph Letter Signed to Ervine [presumably John Greer Ervine (1883-1971, drama critic of the 'Observer')] , 1 page 8vo, St Margaret's, Queens Road, Hendon, 17 April 1921. Sending 10s. towards 'the Mr Hardy Tribute'.
'... With this, may I send you my thanks for your quotation of the verses from "The Dynasts" in a late "Observer". I never memorise verses now, but I memorised those.'
