Autograph Letter Signed to Mrs Carswell, 1 page 8vo with envelope, West Hackhurst, Abinger Hammer, 11 January 1934. A charming note, beginning without salutation, apparently thanking her for returning his spectacles' case.
'... I hope you enjoyed your dinner as much as I did mine, and I wish you will have done what I should have done, and gone to both.'
